Delivery and Returns
1. Shipping Location and Charges
Bewa offers free shipping within Singapore. All shipping is registered and free of charge currently.
For overseas shipping, please consult the table below:

2. Shipping Policy
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Bewa will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed. Bewa will not be responsible in the event that address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect.
We dispatch all parcels via a trackable courier service within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. Shipping of parcels will only be done during weekdays. Weekends and local public holidays (Singapore) are excluded.
Bewa's return and exchange policy only apply to sales made within bewa.com.sg.
All sale items, worn items, items with cut tags or missing dustbag will not qualify for a return.
Bewa's period of return is 14 days. All returned items must reach us within 14 days, otherwise sale is considered final and item will be re-delivered to you. We will advise for postage fees to return any parcel that is deemed to be ineligible for an exchange/ return.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item name(s) that you wish to return within 7 days. Please wait for our confirmation and acknowledgement e-mail before mailing back your item(s).
Please mail back the item in brand new condition, with tag attached and dustbag intact using a trackable courier service. Postage charges for return parcels are borne by the buyer.
Returned item(s) will be processed within 7 working days. A full refund will be given via Paypal.
4. Bounced Parcels
Customers will be contacted should Bewa receive any bounced parcels with their name. Customers will bear the cost for re-delivery. Bewa will bear the cost of re-delivery should it be an error on our part. Bounced parcels that are unclaimed for 3 months will be deemed property of Bewa. No refund will be given.
